Can a receipt be changed after it is printed?
No. A wrong receipt is cancelled and a new one issued, and both stay on the record.
How are sibling discounts shown?
The school sets them, and each child's challan shows the discount.
What are the five bands?
Families are grouped by how far behind they are, so the desk works the oldest first. The bands shown here are the demonstration school's; each school sets its own.
