Who decides the pass mark for a teacher's test?
The school. The demonstration school uses 80%. A teacher can revise and retake before the lecture.
Is anything recorded in the classroom?
No. Readiness comes from preparation and two short tests the night before. Learning comes from the students' own short tests after the lecture.
What if no teacher is free to cover?
You see it the night before, so the decision is made in the evening rather than at the classroom door.
