Tasks & Evaluations covers three things: teachers ready for every lecture the night before, a short test for students after every lecture, and staff duties with an owner, a time and evidence.

Three parts.
Teacher readiness.
The year planned like tasks. At least fifteen minutes of preparation for each lecture, a test on the book and a concept explained aloud. Readiness closes at ten at night, and a teacher not ready is covered.
The learning check.
Five short questions for students on every lecture, the same evening. The lectures that did not land are found by name, with the wrong idea behind them, and taught again.
Duties with evidence.
Every duty has an owner, a time and proof: a photo, a record or a signature. Handwritten duty lists become tasks when they are photographed.
Nothing recorded in class.
Readiness comes from preparation, learning from students' own tests. The classroom stays the teacher's.

Who sets the pass mark?
The school. The demonstration school uses 80%. A teacher can revise and retake before the lecture.
Is anything recorded in the classroom?
No. Nothing is recorded in class.

No. It is about every teacher walking into class prepared, and knowing the same evening which lessons did not land.
