Trust and records

Your school's records, kept honest.

Fees, marks and every word said to a parent are the most sensitive things a school holds. This is how Dehreen keeps them: walled off, written down, and never quietly changed.

Six rules the system keeps for you.

01

Each school sees only its own records.

Every record in Dehreen carries the school it belongs to, and the database itself refuses to show one school's rows to another. It is not a filter in the menu that someone could get around.

02

Staff see children. Only the owner sees rupee totals.

A cashier takes each payment, the recovery desk sees who is behind and by how many months, a teacher sees their own classes. The school's rupee totals are the owner's alone. Permissions are checked on every read and every change, not just hidden from the screen.

03

Every change is written down.

Who did it, when, and what changed. That record can only be added to. The database refuses any attempt to edit or delete a line of it.

04

Money cannot be quietly changed.

Once a payment is attached, the challan freezes. A receipt is never edited: it is cancelled and a new one issued, and both stay on the record. Nothing is deleted.

05

Nothing sends itself.

Dehreen drafts, your staff read and edit, and a person releases every message before it goes out on WhatsApp. Every word sent and every reply is kept on the child's record.

06

Nothing read from a photo is filed on its own.

A register, a slip or a khata page is read line by line, and waits until the person responsible approves it. Anything unclear is flagged for a person to check.

One list, two views.

The same list of families who owe, as the owner sees it and as the recovery desk sees it. The desk works with children and months. The rupees are the owner's.

Children, months unpaid, and what each family owes, with the total. The same children and months. No rupee column, no total.

Invented names and figures, drawn from the app's own list.

Who sees what.

Each person sees the records their work needs, and nothing else.

A wrong receipt, put right.

This is how a mistake at the counter looks on the record. Nothing disappears, and anyone checking later sees exactly what happened.
